LOCKDOWN!
It comes with a wave of emotions and challenges as we hunker down to slow the spread of Covid-19. Home as our sanctuary is even more relevant right now. It is a time to reflect, enjoy our home and spend time with family. It’s also an opportunity to create, garden, read, relax, or just switch off. Time to plan future house jobs, or paint that wall that’s needed doing for quite some time, move the furniture around, create a new, cozy look for Winter. Clear out those cupboards and drawers that desperately need organising. I will be busy in my home-based studio and the sewing machine will be humming along as I design and create cushions and throws and whatever else I feel like. I’ll continue to share Facebook and Instagram posts in the hope I might inspire you, or perhaps just offer some light relief!
Keep an eye out on my Facebook Shop for all the new goodies on sale. Pick up or delivery will be available post lockdown.
It’s going to be tough for the next month, not being able to see our immediate and extended family, or friends but if we all do our part, we will be able to get back to our normal lives a whole lot faster.
We have a Midwife, an Oncology Nurse, several General Nurses and other essential services people in my immediate family, (and my facebook family), and to all of you, I say a HUGE THANK YOU.
Thank you also to my loyal fans for your support over the past 12 months. STYLE + SOUL turns ONE on 1st April. The celebration I had planned will just have to wait.
