Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with STYLE + SOUL. We appreciate your support of our East Auckland small business.

We aim to process and dispatch all online orders within 5–7 working days from receipt of payment, unless otherwise stated on the product listing.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive courier tracking details via email.

We use Gosweetspot as our preferred shipping platform and courier partner to deliver orders throughout New Zealand and Australia.

Please note:

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, courier delays, rural delivery, weather events, or peak periods.
  • We are not liable for delays once goods have been collected by the courier company.
  • We do not provide refunds or replacements for items delayed beyond standard courier delivery timeframes.

We currently courier New Zealand and Australia wide.

Returns and Refunds Policy

At STYLE + SOUL, we take great care in selecting and packaging our products. We comply with our obligations under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986.

CHANGE OF MIND

We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases, including:

  • Incorrect choice
  • Change in décor preferences
  • Ordering the wrong item
  • No longer wanting the product

However, for online store purchases only, we may offer an exchange or store credit for eligible items within 7 working days of receiving your order, provided:

  • The item is unused
  • The item is in original condition
  • All tags and packaging are intact
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Sale items may not be exchanged unless faulty.

Custom-made items, made-to-order products, clearance items, gift cards, and personalised products are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

If approved, we will:

  • Repair the item where possible, or
  • Replace the item (subject to stock availability), or
  • Provide a refund where a replacement is unavailable

This is in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act.

RETURNS PROCESS

To request a return:

  1. Email styleandsoul@outlook.com before returning any item.
  2. Wait for return approval and instructions.
  3. Return the item at your own cost.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
  • We do not reimburse courier costs for returned items.
  • Returns sent with insufficient postage will not be accepted.
  • Returned items must be packaged carefully to avoid damage during transit.
  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Please do not send products directly to manufacturers or suppliers.

REFUND PROCESSING

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.

Please allow additional processing time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction.
